Meshgate is a high-performance reverse proxy server designed for DDoS protection and network traffic management. Rust Web Reverse Proxy Server is written in Rust, which provides efficient memory usage, high throughput, and reliable handling of large volumes of network requests.

The software is integrated into a customer perimeter or data center and can be managed through a web interface, API, or .mgc configuration files.

Software capabilities

Rust Web Reverse Proxy Server is intended for protecting web resources, managing incoming network traffic, and organizing reverse proxying for HTTP/HTTPS requests.

Main software capabilities

  • receiving and processing incoming HTTP/HTTPS requests;
  • routing requests to internal services and applications;
  • operating in reverse proxy mode;
  • protecting web resources from DDoS attacks;
  • filtering and managing network traffic;
  • configuring request processing rules;
  • managing configuration through the web interface, API, and .mgc configuration files;
  • logging events and network requests;
  • integrating into customer infrastructure, including a network perimeter or data center.

Information required for installation

To use the boxed version of Rust Web Reverse Proxy Server, the user must obtain the software distribution, prepare the server infrastructure according to the technical requirements, and complete installation according to the installation guide.

For the SaaS version of Rust Web Reverse Proxy Server, the software is provided as a cloud service. Installation on the user side is not required. Access to functionality is provided through an internet service.
